所感
30歳ころ、前職で人事の仕事をしていて、とても難しい局面に向き合う時に、私の上司の人事課長がよく、「明日は明日の風が吹く」と口癖のように言っていたの
を思い出す。明日どうなろうと、今日できるベストを尽くす。
そんな毎日の積み重ねこそが大切なのだと思い出す。
My personal impressions and comments:
“When I was around 30 years old, working in HR at my previous job, I often
faced very difficult situations. I remember my HR manager frequently saying,
‘Tomorrow will bring its own wind.’ No matter what happens tomorrow, we
should do our best today. This reminds me that the accumulation of such
daily efforts is truly important.”
