所感:
人生には、主役になる時もあるし、わき役になる時もある。組織やチームの補助的な役割を担う場合もある。もしかすると大勢の中の一人の無名のエキストラかもしれない。それでも、それぞれの存在は偉大なのである。組織やチームに属しているか、属していないかはあまり関係がない。大切なのは、今、与えられた役割に誠実に向き合うことである。それは行為を伴わない精神的な支えや、気持ちの持ち方でも価値ある役割なのだと思う。そうした一瞬一瞬の積み重ねが人間的な成長につながるのだと思う。
今日一日が良い一日となりますように、悲しみと困難、不安に向き合っている方に希望がありますように。良い週末をお過ごしください。新しく始まる一週間が皆様にとって豊かな一週間でありますように。

Reflections:
In life, there are times when you play the lead role, and times when you play a supporting role. Sometimes you take on a supplementary role within an organization or team. You might even be just one anonymous extra in a crowd.
Even so, each existence is great. Whether you belong to an organization or team, or not, doesn’t really matter. What matters is sincerely embracing the role you’ve been given right now. I believe even roles that offer only mental support without action, or simply a way of holding your feelings, are valuable.
I think it’s the accumulation of these moments, one after another, that leads to human growth.
I pray that today may be a good day for you and me. I hope that those facing sorrow, difficulty, and anxiety may find hope. Have a good weekend. I hope that the new week ahead will be a blessed one for all of you.
