小林秀雄（1902年4月11日 – 1983年3月1日）作家、文芸評論家。
Whether we see a difficult situation as a trial, or a disaster is an important difference in our way of thinking. It will be an important turning point in the possibilities of our individual lives for the rest of our lives.
Kobayashi Hideo (11 April 1902 – 1 March 1983) was a writer and literary critic.
所感：
与えられた環境にはそれぞれ意味があるのだと思う。そう考えたほうが、気持ち的にも前向きになる。限られた人生なので、楽しみも、困難も人生を過ごしていく糧にしていければ、一時一時が大切な時間になる。
キャリア理論でも、EVENT & LESSONという概念があり、そのまま訳すと出来事と教訓。周囲のあらゆる出来事を将来の教訓にしていく心の持ち方で生きていきたいものである。
My personal impressions and comments：
I think that each given environment has its own meaning. Thinking this way makes me feel more positive.
Because life is limited, I think that if I can use both the good times and the bad times as a source of sustenance for my life, then each moment will become an important time.
