所感:
「才能」は、生まれながらというより、今この瞬間から、なにかに絞り、粘り強く続けていくことによって形成される。そして自己の為だけでなく、他者や社会にその使い道が向けられることにより、周囲から敬意を得られるのであろう。才能があるということだけでは、「人材」であり、自らの職業上の経験を他者に使うことで、「人物」となる。「人材」と「人物」の違いは、倫理観と、情熱と論理のバランスの取れた絶対量の多少の相違であり、私たちはそのように考え、ふるまうことを一日の中で、1秒でも長く持ち続けることが大切なのであろう。
今日一日が良い一日となりますように、悲しみと困難、不安に向き合っている方に希望がありますように。良い週末をお過ごしください。新しく始まる一週間が皆様にとって豊かな一週間でありますように。

Reflections:
“Talent” is not something one is born with, but rather something that is formed by focusing on something and persevering in it.
And it is only when that talent is directed toward others and society, rather than just oneself, that one earns the respect of those around them.
Having talent alone makes one a “talented individual,” but it is only by using one’s professional experience for the benefit of others that one becomes a “person of character.”
The difference between “human resources” and “a person of character” lies in the relative balance of ethical values, passion, and logic.
We believe it is important to hold onto this way of thinking and acting for as long as possible, even if it is just one second longer each day.

The word “MOKKEI” in the subject line is derived from a legend contained in the “Zhuangzi”. It is the strongest state in cockfighting, where one is completely unmoved like a carved wooden chicken. I distribute emails from the McKEN Mokkei Association. I will distribute a selection of my important ideas, mainly from the magazine “Chichi”, and sometimes add my impressions.
